Yesterday's post from Deidre was very nice, and I really loved reading everyone's answers.  This site really has a lot of beautiful women on it.   But, now, let's all become a little selfish and list below 5 things that you truly want to be under your tree -- things for you, and you only!

1.  $500 Gift Card to Barnes & Noble

2.  Complete set of china (service for 12) including dinnerware, silverware, and glasses

3.  9 Sterling Silver charms to finally complete my charm bracelet

4.  An overnite bag packed with "fun" things for a getaway with the hubby -- even for just 2 days/1 nite.

5.  Tickets to a Broadway Play -- any show, I don't care.  It's broadway, it's a nite out.

1-i like the airfair, paid trip to italy, but it has to include my kids & their families too!

2-winning lottery ticket so hubby can start his own business of his dreams

3-the  plans and pre paid payment for a built in swimming pool for my youngest daughter's house

4-the fully paid mortgage for the house of my oldest daughter's dreams

5-the miracle of peace on earth-good will towards wo/men

I KNOW THE RULES WERE FOR "YOU AND YOU ONLY". BUT...............

1-i wouldn't enjoy myself in italy unless they were all with me

2-if my husband's heart is happy, my heart is happy

3-i will be over my daughter's house every sunny day and i won't be the one to maintain the pool

4-once my daughter finds a house w/a BIG kitchen, i will be requesting her incredible eggplant parm at least once a week

5-hey-i gotta live on this planet too ya know!  Peace out, yo!!!

So, now you can see how terribly selfish i've actually been!

It's funny ... I just read the lists above and my needs are way too simple.  I'll start out with what I was thinking and then end by thinking really, really big:

  1. The salad spinner I was talking about from one of Deidre's posts this week.  No really, I have a problem spending $35 for it myself, but if it's under the tree I'd be fine.
  2. The new Sting CD
  3. A very simple iPod
  4. Enough $ to take my entire family to Disney (my side of the family only, of course) and that's including my sister w/her hubby & all 6 kids!
  5. News announcing that my in-laws would be moving to China
