This is Day 5 of our giveaway.  Don't forget to check back again on Monday for our next week of ticket giveaways!

Today and every weekday through Nov. 25, we'll be giving away tickets to the American Repertory Ballet in Graham Lustig's The Nutcracker at the State Theatre in New Brunswick.

You'll have lots of chances to win, so enter often and every day. We'll give away tickets to the shows in the following order:

•  Nov. 2 through Nov. 6: family four-packs to 4:30 p.m. Dec. 20

•  Nov. 9 through Nov. 13: famly four-packs to 1 p.m. Dec. 20

•  Nov. 16 through Nov. 20: family four-packs to 1 p.m. Dec. 19

•  Nov. 23 through Nov. 25: two family four-packs and a grand prize family six-pack to 4:30 p.m. Dec. 19

Here's how enter:

1. Simply add to the conversation in this discussion (post below) anytime before 11:59 p.m., Nov. 6.

2. Your post must contribute to the discussion in some way: Answer a previous poster's question; ask a new question; introduce yourself; weigh in.

3. Random is ok. The discussion might go in any number of directions. That's great. But try to offer something more fun than saying you want to win.

4. Enter as many times as you like, as long as someone posts something between your two most recent entries.

5. Winners will be chosen at random from today's posts and announced online tomorrow.

6. Remember to check each day to see if you've won. Winners have 24 hours to respond, or a new winner will be selected. Winners can pick up their tickets at Will Call at the theater on the day of their show.

Enter now to win four tickets to the 4:30 p.m. Dec. 19 show. Let's start with this:

We had some fun with holiday songs. Let's talk holiday shows — What's your favorite holiday show (TV, movie or theater)?

Thanks, KSat for the question suggestion.

Have fun. We'll have more tickets to giveaway starting again on Monday (and I get the weekend to think of some more questions.)

Yay, I'm first again! I guess that means I'm always up WAY TOO LATE!!!

One of my favorite christmas shows is the one with the Heat Miser and the Freeze Miser, I think it's called The Christmas that Almost Wasn't...? I don't even know the name, haven't seen the show in ages! I also loved Ziggy's Gift when I saw that one a LONG time ago, haven't seen that in a while too! The new version of Wonder Pets that is the Nutcracker Christmas Special is also really cute!! It's late so I'll have to think of others in the morning!!

Jenny, yes, we're both up too late!  The Heat and Snow Miser songs are from that clay-mation classic A Year Without A Santa Claus.  We have all the claymation movies on CD ... treat yourself to them this year.  They are classics and your family will love them!

JennyC you're not the only one up late. :)

I loved all those old Christmas shows  - what was the one with the Burgermeister Meisterburger? Is that Santa Clause is Coming to Town???

Other favorites are White Christmas (ahh Bing Crosby and Rosemary Clooney), Miracle on 34th Street, Emmett Otter's Jugband Christmas, March of the Wooden Soldiers (not exactly a Christmas movie, but it's usually played at Christmastime), and the cheesey ABC Family made for tv movies. I'm sure there are more, just can't think of them at the moment.

As for theatre, the McCarter Theatre's Christmas Carol production is fantastic!

For me, it's a toss up between the movies Elf and Bad Santa.

And of course, when the old replays of Rudolph the Red Nose Reindeer come on tv.   When I was a kid, it was like watching magic.  As an adult, it looks so "cheesy" but still OH SO WONDERFUL!

My current favorite movie is The Preacher's Wife. I love all the characters and the story is cute. It's a gentle show, with a positive message - and it has a lot of laughter and genuine spriit.

Otherwise, if you watch the Hallmark channel. Every year they have new movies and they are usually drippy and mushy, but i love to watch them anyway. It's that time of year to be drippy and mushy!

Good Morning ALL!!!!!!

I have to 2nd BlaKar......The Preachers Wife!............I just watched it last week. I think I almost got just about every line memorized(Whitney Houston part). I'm still working on the other characters! What's funny is, the second my 2 boys realize I'm watching The Preachers Wife AGAIN, they  say ,"MOM! No Singing! Let Whitney Sing!." LOL...I find that so funny! I never could understand how they could tell I was singing with the movie, considering I sound just like Whitney Houston when I sing! Hmmmmmm......Go Figure!

The HoaglandHeads - I have the same problem you do. I sound just like Whitney. Who would of thought another one existed just like me?!  :)

It really is such a great movie and it has been playing on one of the cable channels on a regular basis. I keep catching it in different parts. It's such an easy movie to enjoy!

Charlie Brown's Christmas is definitely a favorite in my house!  My kids haven't missed watching it one year yet.
