Here is Day 2 of the Wiggles Wiggly Circus ticket giveaway!

The Wiggles are coming to the Izod Center in East Rutherford on Aug. 17, and we're giving away one set of four VIP tickets to the 2:30 p.m. Aug. 17 performance and three additional sets of fourt tickets to the 2:30 show that same day!

We'll start a new discussion thread each day through Aug. 1. At the end of the giveaway period, we'll select two semi-finalists from each days' discussion threads. From these 14 semi-finalists, we'll choose at random our three winners and one VIP winner to be announced online by Aug. 3. Be sure to check for each day's new giveaway thread. Each thread will be open from 8 a.m. through midnight.

Here's how to enter to win:

1. Simply add to the conversation in this forum (post below) anytime before 11:59 p.m. July 29.

2. Your post must contribute to the discussion in some way: Answer a previous poster's question; ask a new question; introduce yourself; weigh in. Random is ok. Gibberish is not. The discussion might go in any number of directions. That's great. But try to offer something more fun than saying you want to win.

3. Enter as many times as you like, as long as someone posts something between your two most recent entries.

4. Two semi-finalists will be selected from this thread on Aug. 2 and be eligible to win one of the four prizes. Winners must be be registered users of CentralJersey.MomsLikeMe.com (Central Jersey is your home site) and have made at least 10 posts to any discussions on the site by Aug. 1.

Let's get started: Moms, this one is for you — What's your favorite thing about the Wiggles?

MY favorite thing about the Wiggles??? LOL~!!!!! It must be their power to get me singing "Captain Feathersword, he likes to dance, he will show you how..." while in the checkout line, without my kids, at Bloomingdales purchasing a pair of Tory Burch shoes!!!!

(1)  They make the kids happy

(2)  Silly Australian accents

(3)  And rather Capt. Feathersword, I unconsciously sing "Toot toot, chugga chugga, big red car..."

It is amazing how the Wiggles songs stay in your head.  I love the way the Wiggles music engages my son to sing and dance.   My son & I frequently sing "You Make Me Feel Like Dancing"  and my son busts out doing the whole "Saturday Night Fever" dance moves....it is the best thing ever.  What Wiggles song makes you and/or your child bust a move?

I have to admit, the thing I like most about the Wiggles is their ability to use them as a "reset" button for my 2 year old.  If he's overtired and having a meltdown, or if I need to make dinner and he's especially clingy I can just pop them on and he's happy as can be.  Although, having him run around the house screaming "Wiggly Waffle" at a time when that program isn't on Sprout can be the yin to the calming yang.  Ah, the double edged sword of the catchy Wiggles.

This might sound weird, but I like that The Wiggles can make kids laugh and don't need to use 'butt humor'.  I use that term with things like Sponge Bob, which I really don't like and don't allow my child to watch.  The Wiggles are just silly & funny and make the kids laugh.  Throw in the music and dancing and they're just a great package.

I love hearing the kids giggle - to the Wiggles................  you can just tell that that they  are so happy  watching them.   I think it would be a terrific and memorable day seeing their show.

And I'll say it ... one thing I like about The Wiggles is that Anthony is nice to look at!!  Even as he's been graying on the sides over the years, I don't mind that at all!

What I like most about the Wiggles is the way they get the child to interact with them.  I can't tell you how well I know how to do the Mash Potato or the Fruit salad yummy yummy moves.

I can't count how many times we've watched the Wiggles show at Great Adventure (which is a pretty good show considering they only have a host, a Captain Feathersword, and the puppett characters), but everytime we go my son still starts yelling about how Captain Featersword tickled him with his feathersword.
